They provided hot water every day for our tea bottles, made sure the food at breakfast was fresh and varied, and even allowed us a later check-out. The hotel was clean and had spacious rooms with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The location was convenient, as we could easily walk around and explore the nearby shops in this downtown area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in São Paulo. the location was perfect as it was close to Republica square and the airport bus service stop, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel offered earlier check-in and later check-out, which was a great perk. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the well-working AC, as it kept me cool during the hot summer days. The included breakfast was also a highlight, providing a good start to the day.
My experience at this hotel was great, and I couldn't find any major issues to complain about.
